Atlantic Strike Team Change of Command

CDR David Haynes was relieved by CDR Richard Schultz at a Change of Command ceremony held on July 9, 2009, at Fort Dix New Jersey. The presiding official was Captain Gail Kulisch, Deputy, Deployable Operations Group.



Captain Rod Walker, Commander, National Strike Force, was the presiding official over CDR Haynes' promotion to Captain.

In attendance was Colonel Slowey, the new commander of Fort Dix Garrison; Colonel Smith, Deputy, 87th Air Base Wing, McGuire Air Force Base; Captain Thomas, Commanding Officer Cape May Training Center; Lt Colonel Arnstien, Commanding Officer 21st Civil Support Team; Command Seagent Major Davis of Fort Dix Garrison; Mr. Eric Mosher, EPA Region II; and Sector Commanders from Sector New York, Sector Southern New England, and Sector Baltimore.
